About B3 Collective

Our Story

The house church is the heartbeat of Cuba.

The Heartbeat of Cuba

The House Church

In Cuba, the explosive growth of God's Kingdom is built primarily around the house church model. Because most Cubans do not have cars, the church must be close enough to reach by foot or bicycle.

The church is not just a building; it is the physical lifeblood of the neighborhood.

By strategically purchasing properties, B3 Collective establishes permanent, stable sanctuaries right where the people are. We aren't just constructing walls, we are equipping local believers, welcoming the Holy Spirit, and empowering the people of Cuba to grow His church.

Our ultimate goal is to make Cuba a shining, powerful example to the world of what God can do to shape and transform an entire nation.

How We Make Impact

Buy · Build · Bless

Three distinct programs, one mission. Each stands on its own, together they strengthen Cuba's house churches.

Buy

Permanent places for permanent faith

Owning property gives a house church legal protection, stability, and permanence. Every property becomes a safe place for worship, food distribution, prayer, and community support.

Build

Supplying what Cuba cannot access

Cuba's supply chain has collapsed. Concrete, rebar, paint, tile, and tools are nearly impossible to find. We put real materials in the hands of the church teams who build by hand, turning years of delay into finished sanctuaries.

Bless

Meeting practical needs with God's love

During this humanitarian crisis, even basic items are scarce. We bless communities with food, generators, solar power, communion sets, and ministry supplies, supporting pastors and families when they need it most.

Founder & Visionary

Rev. Gary Lemberg

B3 Collective · Gary Lemberg Ministries

Rev. Gary Lemberg brings over 50 years of pastoral, leadership, and development ministry experience across the United States, as well as many other countries. For the past 15 years, Gary has dedicated his life and ministry to a deep passion for the nation of Cuba, working tirelessly to strengthen, expand, and resource the dynamic church in Cuba.

Driven by a vision to empower local pastors and communities, Gary pioneered the "Buy, Build, Bless" methodology. Through his hands-on leadership, Lemberg Ministries has purchased over 60 permanent house churches, funded expansions and structural renovations for countless others, and delivered critical aid and basic everyday supplies to help meet the essential needs of the Cuban people.

To ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of this mission, Gary established a dedicated Board of Directors three years ago to formalize and scale the ministry under its official banner, "B3 Collective Gary Lemberg Ministries." This leadership team brings a wealth of spiritual insight, innovation, and strategic expansion to the organization, ensuring a firm foundation for what will be the lasting legacy of the ministry.

Gary has been happily married to his wife, Julie, for 24 years. Together, they are blessed with two children, their spouses, and five beloved grandchildren.
